She has 15 years of Customer Service experience and prior to Aphro-D has worked with Foreign companies (mostly American), strongly contributing to their growth and reach.
A skillful and creative writer, she also contributed to blogs and wrote feature articles for websites prior to joining Aphro-D.
She is also a pastry chef and a professional singer.
Katrina has a BA in Communications from the University of the Philippines.
