Customer Support Specialist
I got connected with Aphro-D at the start of 2018 for some tasks. Then I officially came on-board in Oct 2020 as a customer support specialist. My training started under the wing of Katrina Lucidine.
At Aphro-D, I am responsible for managing customer services, emails, messages and any issues customers face. I have day-to-day tasks to do as well.
I’m committed to Aphro-D with my heart and soul. Aphro-D is not a job, it is family.
I have 2 years of experience in managing daily tasks as an assistant and researcher.
I am 21 years old and I’m currently completing a Bachelor's in Cyber Technology from UET Taxila, Pakistan.
